Refunds & Returns Policy
We aim to give you the best service possible, and your satisfaction is one of our ironclad goals. Kindly read the refunds & returns policy below, and get in touch with us if you have any questions.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days, not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- The item has arrived faulty or damaged
- The item you receive is not as described or presented
Please note the following:
- Refunds will be approved only upon provision of an image showing the reason for the refund request, along with a short explanation of the issue. If your refund is approved, you must send the item back, and will be responsible for covering all shipping costs.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.
- The window in which a refund can be requested is 14 days after receiving the product, or once the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days, not including processing time), has elapsed.
We will not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- The reason for your refund request is buyer’s remorse. If this is the case, we will be glad to discuss the issue with you and assist on a per-case basis. Kindly get in touch and we will do our best to help.
